On Kim’s 18th Birthday, She went to work for a local Bank here in South Jersey. Fast Forward to over 4 decades later, and she is still entrenched and focused on Providing the highest Quality Service to clients in the financial Service Industry. Kim has been involved in every aspect of the financial Industry. From Banking and Lending (both commercial and personal), to all aspects of the investment and financial planning, there is nothing Kim has not come across in her career. Her Vast knowledge and experiences in all aspects of the industry allows her to offer Ballast Financial clients with a the most comprehensive service that our clients not only expect but deserve.
Kim is there from the start of every relationship as an integral part of the client experience. Our clients have come to expect the highest level of service, and there is no doubt that Kim provides that for them. Her duties are endless in the firm. She handles everything from new client onboarding to processing transaction requests. She also handles all aspects of Ballast Financials online portal as well as any technology needs of the firm and it’s clients. In addition to being at the forefront of Ballast’s Client Service Model, Kim also runs all the day to day operations of the firm.
In 2010 Kim took the initiative of obtaining her Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses as a way to further assist in the handling of Ballast Financial clients.
Kim and her Husband, Mark live in Hammonton, NJ. Outside of work, her free time is spent with family. Her two kids, Heather and Ray, and her granddaughter, Aurora are what puts a constant smile on her face. Kim loves to travel and when the weather cooperates, you will also find her Kayaking on some river, stream, or lake.
