Kim Visco has been in financial services for nearly four decades — and she has seen and done just about everything the industry has to offer. What started on her 18th birthday as a position at a local South Jersey bank has grown into a career spanning banking, commercial and personal lending, investment operations, and wealth management client services. There is very little in this industry that Kim hasn't navigated firsthand.
At Ballast Financial, Kim is the operational backbone of the firm and a cornerstone of the client experience. She is involved from the very first interaction — managing new client onboarding, processing transactions, overseeing the firm's technology and client portal, and running the day-to-day operations that keep everything moving. For clients, Kim is often the first call and the person who gets things done.
In 2010, Kim earned her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses — a testament to her commitment to growing her expertise and better serving Ballast Financial's clients at every level.
Kim lives in Hammonton, NJ with her husband Mark. Outside of work, her world revolves around family — her children Heather and Ray, and three grandchildren. When she's not at the office, you'll find her traveling or, when the weather cooperates, kayaking somewhere on a river, stream, or lake.
